Efitciency is all about integrating fitness into busy and non traditional lifestyles. You can download an app on your phone where you will be able to access the work out designed (complete with video) for you to use on that trip. That’s not all, each Efitciency fitness program is complete with a meal cheat sheet. With the meal cheat sheet you create your own menu to mix and match for meals making nutrition and calorie counting easier and not so tedious as most people make it out to be. Your individual cheat sheet will also have the suggested calories, carbs, fats, and proteins calculated for you.
